By accessing and using Screenable, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Screenable for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Screenable. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not violate any laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on third-party rights
• Does not contain harmful or malicious code
• Complies with our community guidelines

You may not use Screenable:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

The materials on Screenable are provided on an 'as is' basis. Movies Everywhere makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Movies Everywhere or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Screenable, even if Movies Everywhere or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
